08-29-2024This was my first time renting a locker so I called the 888 number to have all my questions answered. First I spoke to Amy and then I spoke to Kimbery. Both ladies were very helpful, professionals and knowledgeable about the rentals. Kim was even able to get me a military discount when I mentioned I was a dependent. After she emailed my contract, all I needed was a passcode to move in. I arrived on a Saturday around 9:30am, since they opened at 9am. I was disappointed that thr door was locked and there was sign stating their return at 10am. Once Tanisha arrived, we reviewed my contract and I was given an access code. She answered all my questions about how to get to my unit and getting reimbursed since I bought my own lock. There were dollies available to use and that made my move-in quick. I had a great overall experience and glad to chose to rent at this location.
