02-10-2026The current Manager "Frankie" of the Lutz location )off of US41 rught before Land O Lakes High School if heading North) is a professional and courteous manager. He truly puts "customers first" without asking. Answered all questions and eased many of mine concerns. After all, we "store" items that have value and meaning to us. So finding a quality storage unit is imperative for Professionals like myself who depend on the professionalism of others. I hope this location of "Extra Space" and the Extra Space company in general takes notice. Its employees like this that successful businesses thrive on. As a small business owner myself I understand the difficulties in finding a consistent and quality employee. With that being said.... Cheers to you Frankie and thank you for your assistance.
