08-11-2024Super easy and hassle free experience getting this rented and all my stuff moved in! I had to change my unit to a bigger one after moving across the country and Shannon was a huge help! She was very kind and made this hectic experience much easier. It was not hard to get to my unit even though it was on the second floor, and they have carts to help move the large objects. You can drive your car right up to the doors by the elevator too. Overall, a really nice facility and I feel my stuff is safe there.

08-11-2024I find the people here helpful. Also, when I needed to change move-in dates, my rent rate was increased by $5. I let them know that I felt this was unfair. They reduced it by $8; e.g., it was initially $135, was changed to $140, then decreased to $133! The space I have is clean and well kept up. I'm enjoying my first experience with rental space.
