She was always trying to help with any issues I had that arose during my time with Extra Space and always had kindness and empathy and truly cared about my personal situation. She is wonderful and amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her!

08-07-2024We left because every few months we were getting charged more. We started at $78.00 and after a few increases, the last being $203.00 we decided to leave. We gave them early notice and were not offered a refund for unused weeks of storage. Good news we found the same size with a/c like we had for $103.00 Do your homework. Look at different places.

08-06-2024The facility was clean and easy to access. Staff was always helpful. The rate will increase. They will tell you that upfront but the amount was not disclosed. If I needed temporary storage I would rent there again
