If it was left up to me, I would make clones of Patrice, putting her in charge of customer service assistance globally. This young lady deserves both a raise and promotion. Why? Because, the 21st Century consumer deserves someone who is actually listening to them, either in person or on the phone. Patrice, is that someone who will answer their phone calls with a smile and who return their messages at least by the end of the day if needed.
