08-28-2024I am a pretty seasoned storage space renter having rented several over the years and I really love extra space storage for several reasons. number one it's the customer service you get from Julia the minute you connect on your first call... I mean even on the phone she's fantastic; bubbly and positive. . Answers all your questions is patient and attentive. ...and never once did I feel rushed or did she look at the clock even though I know it was well over her shift time to end and she just stayed there with me until I had everything done and you know I appreciate that. She just really enjoys her job , and it shows. You'll know that the customer comes first in her book, and I am very happy there. I really like the space. it's got great access it's so much better than the other big name orange storage where you have to put your code in 29 times before you get the elevator , that's just SO annoying and here , IT is just so easy and the Halls are wide and bright , I love it there, and I have 24-hour access for just a very small fee which is very helpful to me so if you are a little" extra" or you NEED a little extra, then this is the place for you. go check it out . The prices are also the best in the area. the location is super convenient, , right on Military across from the Publix near Maleleuca. Definitely check this place out before going anywhere else!
