02-26-2026This review is for the Melrose location regarding Stacey, the property manager, I was very upset after finding out my rent had been increased without clear notice, and I was fully prepared to move out and close my account immediately. However, after speaking with Stacy, the property manager, my entire perspective changed. She was professional, understanding, and took the time to truly listen. She worked with me and was able to accommodate me for the next few months, which made a huge difference. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes ownership like she does. Because of Stacy, Ive decided to stay. That says everything
