01-12-2026Great place to store your belongings when necessary. My only complaint is the (estimated) $10 increase each month in my rent. I'm paying $100.00 a month now and I've been renting consistently the same 810 unit for well over a year now I dont know how long we can keep that payment up before we have to make a decision on what we are gonna do with our stuff bc we cant keep up with that amount going to a storage unit each month. Given they are reducing my rent by $17 for the next 3 months which has helped us continue to rent at least till March so im appreciative for that. Great customer service on the phone, nice employees at the facility, indoor units with heat and ac, elevator has its days when its not wanting to work which poses issues to us being as our unit is on the 3rd floor so yeah its very helpful when its working and a pain when its not.
