10-04-2025DO NOT RENT HERE. My ex-husband rent from the John Hopkins location, in Hoover. The Property Mang, very rude and unprofessional. I requestedca call, first off...you can't get directly to her. That bad in itself. You have to call another Extra Space, and they take the message. They sold all my kids fall/winter items. Didn't let remind/let him know the things would be sold on that day. They didn't care. I calked asked, LITERALLY begged please contact the buyer. They lied!! I was told, nothing can be done I worked for Extra Space for 4yrs, I know the procedure. There is ALWAYS, ways to gwt in contact with the buyer. This has ruin one of my sons, and he had been extremely depressed. His state championship DECA trophies, all his Honor Roll Certificates(from 1st-10th grade), pictures, etc. Very memorable things...that's important. You think The Property Mang cared....NO!! She said she was busy!!! And we have YET to recieve a call!! Everything they had for fall/winter was sold!! Including their school backpacks, and two labtops that belongs to HOOVER CITY SCHOOLS!! I really need those back, those belong to them, and they are seeking lawful council, to retrieve. These people don't care. So please save your money, they don't care..Not to mention, they used my cresit card, for auto pay, without my consent!!
