05-30-2026From my very first call to inquire about a storage unit with a representative Mike to check in for a reservation that was held with Colie it was an excellent experience ! A big shout out to Colie she was patient, courteous and friendly. The place is also very well maintained. Fantastic service overall. Colie is great at her job and it shows! She was very informative and didnt make my son and I feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. She showed us our different options and didnt try to upsell for a bigger unit. I highly recommend Extra Space storage!

05-21-2026I have only positive things to say about Extra Space Storage located on Baffin Bay Dr. I have worked with a lot of storage spaces in the past I feel that this company is reasonably price and has very good customer service. I worked with Tracy recently when it came to a price adjustment for my unit and he was super accommodating and listened to my needs which I greatly appreciate! Its refreshing to have this kind of experience with a company these days. Definitely check them out if youre in the business to rent a space!

We were looking for a unit right before getting married to store various things like decor, old clothes, and wedding gifts while we were looking for a home and this one was perfect. It was a great deal for the quality of unit. I never worried about the safety of our belongings, and I was always impressed with the quality of staff as well. Its very easy to get in touch during office hours, and Matt was super helpful to get us started and help us close up when we didnt need the unit any more. Awesome storage place for anyone!
