06-01-2026My wife and I visited for first time Extra Space Storage on Tesla. It was a good experience, and a step above other storage facilities, i.e., electronic gate entry and exit. The single level rather than three story variety serves a security protection that we appreciated. The customer rep Bill was very easy to talk to about issues like security, and told us the good track record. The units were clean and the air conditioning on a 75 degree day were comfortable. All in all a good location with a safety dynamic built in to its layout and design. We recommend this location. Doug

These are priceless and without the another level of professionalism and amazing customer service from Bill (the manager) .. our family history would have been done and destroyed forever. Cant have the words to say thank you and how much this has impacted our family and future generations of our family. You deserve a promotion and raise - please if corporate cares about retaining AMAZING employees that are once in a lifetime! He does more than any other storage manager we have ever dealt with from other storage companies and other locations of the same company. We have too many storage units unfortunately with deaths that come with life.
