05-29-2026Very disappointed with Extra Space Storage. While rate increases may be mentioned in the contract, it was not clear upfront how significant they could be. I trusted them to store my belongings and was surprised by a large increase with little warning. Customers should have clearer expectations about potential pricing changes before signing up. I understand businesses raise prices, but this experience felt frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

05-20-2026I had originally left about 8 months ago due to not needing a storage unit. Recently Im moving again and decided to come back to extra space. Once again the process was easy and efficient. Ms. Julia at the office did a phenomenal job making the whole process smooth. If you looking to store something, I recommend coming to this extra space storage location.
