11-07-2025Came from US Storage down the street and had the worse experience. It was refreshing to come here and be helped by Giovana. I was already irritated and ready to use my mouth but Giovana was helpful and knowledgeable, it calmed my soul. She was such a ray of sunshine, and we didnt even mind the price difference. It was a little more but worth it knowing we were in good hands. She was extremely patient, answered all our questions and concerns and was even nice enough to show us multiple units. We are not the easiest customers and we are so thankful for her exceptional customer service. We will be staying with Public Storage thanks to Giovana.

10-31-2025Horrible business avoid this company They raised our rent three times this year alone, we began in December 2024 and they raised the rent 40% promptly after the LA Fires early February, three months later went up another 20% and now we got a notice of another 20% price increase starting December 1st - we are canceling account and reported and opened a case with Better Business Bureau
