11-06-2025I rented two seperate units over the course of four years at thi P. S. property. I had the best experience with their staff each and every time. When it was time to vacate, I had special circumstances and they were handled with care and respect, and I really appreciated that. Both the DM (Dawn) and the on-site representative, Tammy were awesome!! Tammy, a recent hire was super helpful & understanding, knowledgeable personable and made sure to keep me informed/updated on my particular situation. As someone who prized yourself on customer service, I look for it everywhere.I go and often feel shortchanged. I did not ever feel that way at this public storage, and I really appreciated that from day one on and until the day that I vacated. I truly thank time for that.
