11-05-2025One of the worst Public Storages in the area!!! First the property manger is never around nor do they answer phone. Upon arriving my first day, I could not enter B building. None of the key codes for the door worked. The elevator was out of order, and I was told my a resident it has been that way for over 3 months. To make matters worse, when attempted to reach the office for help to gain entry, there was no property manager available, at 2pm on a Friday. I have called public storage customer service to request a refund. Please use ANY other Public Storage in the surrounding. The one on Monument Blvd is TRASH!!!

09-09-2025Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. The location I want to review won't let me leave a review so I'm leaving it here. 4415 treat blvd Concord CA. I paid for a unit online this afternoon. Husband showed up to claim it NOBODY is there. Spent 45+ minutes waiting out front. Only to find out it's BY APPOINTMENT INLY WHICH THEY NEVER SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL. not to mention they close access at 6pm. He got trapped inside. I will NEVER USE public storage again at ANY LOCATION. YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

09-04-2025Rave Reviews for the Double [S] [S] that I have dimed the Dollar Signs, the dynamic duo, as these two professionals have provided me great customer service, and not to mention savings on my bottom line. The first to reveal is [S]ally. Sally is a floater to different locations helping management when their schedules are tight, allowing customers with time sensitive agenda's to help them meet their timelines. So, I greatly appreciated her, for setting in motion a successful encounter. She is knowledgeable, and very friendly, and if there's any questions that she can't answer, she is willing to call up management on the spot, so you are not left wondering, which is awesome that management has structured this information outlet for the customers. I must say, at the end of our encounter, the monument location could not meet my needs, but Sweet Sally, wasn't done there, as she inquired further of my mission and dug deeper into her rolodex of possibilities, and came up with a hit. A larger unit, that met my budget, and it was only about 6 min. further in driving distance, which was awesome. I was impress, and have I mentioned how "happy" I was. LoL. So, she was optimistic to go ahead and blind schedule me because of my "time sensitive" agenda, and this brings me to the second [S] in this story. [S]andy. Sandy located at the S. Buchanan Cir., Pacheco, CA location was left a message with my contact info., in case there were any problems as we were scheduled to meet that afternoon.
