06-05-2025I have two units at this facility, and it appears they go up on the rates every three to six months. This has proven to be costly for me. I have never been late paying the rental rate. I was told that the rate increased because there is a demand for the unit size I am renting. A complete disregard for the fact that I am giving them business times two.
