05-10-2026Talk about service! This facility is spot on! I have used a variety of different storage facilities all my life. But every single ability is perfect! I have never met one human since I became a customer. Night one I needed storage next to Mather Air Force Base . I call and a human being tells me the sizes of space and price.. I get there after hours was texted an entry code a lock was in the space and I put my stuff in and leave. I get a text checking on my experience and assured all is well. Weeks later I head back and add more stuff to the space was security checked via text my bill was paid current and all is well and open and closed the gate everything was excellent! And I went to buy boxes at the site and it was after hours so my bad. Yet still no humans but perfect security as I was texted about did I need something I explain no I got boxes at a nearby Lowes . So I am having a perfect experience. JoJo Johns .

05-09-2026Jackie and Crissy at the Public Storage on Sunrise Blvd and Mather Field Rd in Rancho Cordova CA are awesome! They are both so helpful, cooperative, and friendly. We were moving out but lost our key so they made suggestions and helped us with the locksmith access. They checked on us and we really appreciated their help.
