I love that they have now placed this bilingual young lady here to help us older women out. She really helped me out so much. 5 stars is not enough for her service, I wish I could've given her 100 stars. Public storage did an amazing job by hiring the right people. 10-13-2025Picture was taken in 08/04/2025, I started renting a storage unit in 03/2025. 1 of 2 elevators has been broken since then, last week both elevators were broken, this is the 2nd time Ive experienced this since renting, meaning everyone has to hike up all their belongings up the stairs. Management also increased rent on us by about 50$ a month. They do the bare minimum maintenance but increase prices. Also found burnt cigarette butts thrown over the ceiling of my unit, landing on my belongings. I would rate it 0/5 if I could, again.

10-12-2025Public Storage in Cypress is a joke. My unit was broken into and they didnt do a single thing about it. No help, no accountability, no security footage worth a damn. Prices keep going up while the place gets less safe. Save yourself the troublego anywhere else before trusting them with your stuff.
