She is very sweet and kind about the situation and apologized profusely, and so I have adjusted my review, but I would like to see proper front desk hours posted.

12-10-2025Came yesterday December 10 2025 and its close cannot access our storage, I was told we can access today but they posted a sign today that its close until December 12 because of the weather, which didnt even rain. Things that they could have done. 1) work on just one side and let the other side accessible even on foot. 2) Do the work during the weekend 3) Post a sign in the door ahead of time, not just send an email. Our business is affected because of this. Better planning and communication could have made a huge difference.
