11-02-2025Update: as painful as it is to do it, I'm going to move out. Zero customer service. No attempt to resolve issues. I can't have my belongings held by a company like this. For a storage company, they are pretty terrible. Gate doesn't work, nobody in the office during hours, they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. I've had multiple storage units and this is the worst. Basically, if you are going to put your personal possessions here, it is about as scary as it can be. I've just moved in and I can't get out quickly enough.
