12-01-2025I tried getting ahold of someone at the Altadena Public Storage so I could cancel my storage unit. There is never anyone working there. Each time I went nobody there no matter the time. The only way to contact them is by phone message. No email, nothing. And they never called me back. So I asked the girl who showed up at 10am that I wanted to leave and she said well you would have had to have been out yesterday and that I'm locked in another month. Had someone been working that day or if they called me back I could have done that: So that cost me an extra $350. Oh and the rent just goes up and up. Scam artists. This place makes me sick.
