12-01-2025Great facility as far as security and cleanliness. I'd have to give it a negative review for performance, The issues I tend to run across are that there is no one really at the office or on site ever since they got rid of Jessica. She was on top of everything and would walk around the facility to check on things. Now it's so difficult to find anyone for help with just about anything, making a payment at the office, gate access, lock issue, can't get a hold of anyone to help for anything, can't get answers since no one is there. This isn't just at the Garvey location, seems like it's the issue with public storage in general. I've had a storage space through them for over 10+years, and for a few years now, I've had issues since they cut down on employees.

10-31-2025One of the worst Public Storage facilities Ive ever had and probably in California. Their gate hours are ridiculous 5pm, they did not mention when made a reservation that you cannot get a large truck in and out, I had a 24 foot Box Truck with two storage units and had the hardest time maneuvering the truck. Drive up lanes are very narrow and a lot of tight corners. not to mention they gave me a unit at the front where exit gate is that had the keypad right in front of it, You could imagine how difficult it was to move in and out of it with all the traffic exiting needs to access gate and keypad. Do not use this Public Storage facility if you have big truck or truck and trailer. If I couldve give zero stars I would have!
