11-11-2025They will scam you for your money and send you to collections!!! I wish knew about this before this messy management created unnecessary distress in my life. I originally booked and paid for a storage unit online in September but realized it was too small and was transferred to a different unit right away. I never used the first unit, and I was told Id get a refund for it. That refund never came. After waiting over 15 business days and calling multiple times with no results, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and got the money back that way. Months later, even though I paid in full and closed out my account properly, I was shocked to receive a call from a collection agency claiming I still owed money for the unit I never used. When I contacted the property manager, they admitted that the refund had been cancelled meaning I never actually received any refund from Public Storage. Yet, Im now being pursued for payment that I dont owe. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability. I paid on time for the unit I actually used and should not be penalized for an internal billing mistake. I strongly urge others to double-check their billing and account records if renting here.
