02-20-2026Worst storage unit experience I've ever had. Do you want a storage facility that has rodents (they peed & left little mouse turds --these items were in a garment bag with a little tear & they still got inside to mess stuff up see photo below) &moths? Or that locks the doors prior to actual closing time with you & your car inside & other renters in the same predicament? How about helpful/present staff or management? Hardly saw them but when I encountered a particular individual she was very unpleasant (theres more to this but this is already way too long) & when it was time to move my things into another facility my code was shut off even though I was paid up & no one was in the office & I left multiple messages trying to get access. Got no return phone call. Waited for 30min & tried my code again & it worked. Just here to suggest maybe trying out an extra space storage or honestly anywhere but here instead ***
