I couldnt have had a better experience securing my storage unit today. Darlene was such an angel incredibly personable and sweet, she made me feel right at home and made the process easy and seamless. Really a great experience. A+++
This place deserves worse than one star. Do not store your stuff here! I moved in January of this year. Exactly one month later my unit was broken into. I then moved to the second floor because I felt my space would be safer on the second floor and 6 months later after the rains it leaked and water damaged several of my boxes. I had to pay movers to move my stuff to from one of the unit to another side until I could schedule movers to move me into a different space. Then, exactly 3 weeks later (a few days ago) my new storage space was BROKEN INTO AGAIN. Let me reiterate - within 9 months my two different storage spaces have been broken into and a leak damaged several boxes of my stuff. As a side note - when the leak happened I saw puddles all over the building and am sure other units suffered losses and damages as well. They do not help at all by the way they simply repeat over and over you have to go through Orange Door (the separate insurance company). That company doesn't reimburse for moves so I've had to pay 450 dollars now to move three times. This place is such a scam. I know from other tenants that it was broken into a month ago again (that time my unit was not compromised), so it's been 3 times within 9 months (that I know of) it's been broken into and they still haven't put security cameras or a security guard. The owner clearly doesn't care at all about the tenants stuff or her own business to try and come up with a solution. I would not recommend storing here, choose any other location and your stuff will be better off. The worst is how little the owner cares. The building managers' hands are tied - they are constantly rotating between sites and care even less than the owner. It's been so frustrating. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to post this, if it can just save even one person from going through the headache of what I've been going through. Waste of time, money and energy to do all these moves. I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews because I spoke with several other tenants who got broken into who are very upset.
James was really great and helpful! He is very friendly, helped me a lot with finding the right unit for me. He explained everything very thoroughly and overall was super nice! Definitely nice facility and I recommend it
