01-18-2026Jovan was very helpful, and went above and beyond. I was supposed to move in to an additional space today, but the ceiling turned out to be 20" lower than the sane size space I have on another floor--so, while it was a very good online rate, it was of no use to me. Jovan not only helped me with getting a refund (because today was day one of my rental), he found a discount that I was eligible for and secured me a lower rate for the space I already have! I'd give it 5 stars if.... 1. The gate access function worked consistently on the app. But more importantly, 2. If they upgraded the access code system and put keypads INSIDE the elevators so we would go to any floor we are authorized for without having to go back down to the ground floor and enter the another code.
