11-23-2025I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service experience at public storage. About two weeks ago or so I proceeded to rent a storage unit and prior to renting the unit,. I asked the person on the phone assisting me if I would be able to access the unit the same day. I was provided with a positive response and up on getting to the location of the rental. There was no one to assist me,The doors were locked. I was very frustrated as I loaded a ton of boxes that I needed to store and I had to drive all the way back. I called and canceled the service immediately within an hour of renting it. I was promised that I will be issued a refund however they have charged me over $130 and refund Only around $21. This is not only illegal But highly frustrating. I should have been issued a full refund as promised now I have to Jump through the hoops to get my money back. Do not try trust this thieves.
