10-13-2025i showed up at 5:30 with a reservation for move-in. upon check in with the kiosk, the reservation had been taken. i had to spend an additional 15 minutes setting up a new much more expensive unit that was available. this left me with only 15 minutes to move into my unit before the elevators SHUT OFF and locked me out middle of my move. I was unable to get back up to the unit to lock my stuff inside. I called the customer service line in INDIA but they had no way to remotely let me back into the elevator and there was no one on property to help me. I had to leave half my stuff inside my unit unlocked all night long, then i had to come back early the next morning, in the middle of a torrential rain storm to finish moving in and lock up my stuff.

09-29-2025Do not waste your money or time storing things here! The next day after renting a unit, we stopped by to drop off our things and someones storage unit was broken into three times, the night before being the second. This place gets broken into almost every single day and the owner does not take proper measures to make sure it doesnt happen again. There are no cameras inside the building which makes absolutely zero sense, especially if break ins are common. Windows were smashed last time we were there, locks and drywall adjacent to doorknobs showed clear signs of attempted break ins, sketchy people show up only minutes before closing time only to exit from places that arent accessible to the average storage unit owner. Almost everyone that we have spoken to has recommended to not store here and has experienced atleast one break in. If you do however choose to store here, do not store items that exceed the insurance coverage amount (which isnt high). I genuinely believe this company is deleting bad reviews hence why there are good ones that are years old. Search for reviews on yelp and thatll paint a totally different picture.
