02-09-2026I booked the storage facilities through the National one 800 number. I made it clear that I needed 24 hour access. They directed me outside of my area specifically to this location so that I could have 24 hour access and then I move into the place in a few weeks later find out that I dont have 24 hour access. I wasnt able to get any customer service to get this corrected and it caused a major problem for me. I wound up having to open up a whole Another storage facility elsewhere and then vacated this place immediately and they refused to give me a refund despite their error. I will be taking them small claims court most likely. I want my money back. If they want to stay out of court, they can just refund me. I was crystal clear about what I needed.

02-09-2026I had some unfortunate miscommunications with the national booking phone number but, once the facility manager got involved, everything was taken care of in the end. Overall, it is a very clean facility high-quality, but I would highly recommend you not call the national number. Deal directly with the individual stores whenever possible.
