02-13-2026I called customer service at Public Storage and Very nice lady called me back right away and immediately ask if i was interested in renting a storage she explained in details about the different stores sizes of rooms and pricing and promotions. She explained step by step the payment process she walk me through everything from insurance and her availability and time if she needed us for assistance she is very nice and makes u feel so comfortable and made the process easy she also came to our first day and guided us on anything or questions plus her kindness and knowledge and expertise in her work made a big difference Public storage has a gem employee she is valuable person and an asset to the company Thank you Brenda

01-26-2026After only 2 months of storage here, they are increasing the monthly rate by 15%. They assured me when taking out the unit that I wouldnt see rent increases for 12 months. Liars and scammers. Avoid.
