02-01-2026Do not recommend this location. We reserved a 5x10 unit online, but when we arrived to check it out, they had assigned us to a 5x10x4. This meant it was not a flat unit, but had platforms inside creating the x4. This added measurement of height restriction was not what we reserved nor was it mentioned in our confirmation email. We had large items going in the unit that could not be lifted and stored on the platforms, so this was not going to work for us. We asked if a true 5x10 unit was available to try and make this arrangement work but they didnt have one to offer. We never moved our stuff in and immediately canceled the reservation, but they refused to give us a refund for the unit since it had been 48hrs past our original move in date. Avoid renting here if you cannot go in person to see the specific unit youre reserving as they will falsely advertise availability and then keep your money when theyve given you the wrong size unit. We went to StorQuest on Jefferson & McConnell and could not be happier with how modern & clean it is in comparisonhighly recommend that place over this one.
