08-08-2024I had a great experience at this location. Facility: I love double security in place with the gated entry and the code box . The building was over all in good condition, CLEAN, you could tell their climate control was actually controlled. No odor smell or mildew. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Customer service : I was assisted by Josh today who greeted me outdoors he immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable, Josh took me through the process, which was extremely easy. He explained everything to me and full and answered all my questions and detail. You can tell he makes it a point to build a relationship with his clients, which You dont see much of anymore, creating a better experience. Go TEAM JOSH! Over all I feel they are providing value to the money . And I can confidently recommend.
