08-10-2026UPDATE: Changing my review to 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service I received from Joseph. My initial experience left me extremely frustrated. I moved in at the very end of July and only had access to the unit for roughly the last two hours of the month before being charged again for August. Between the promotional pricing, insurance, and other charges, I felt like I had paid for essentially 30 days of service that I never actually had the opportunity to use. When I first brought up my concerns, I didn't feel like they were really being heard or addressed, which led to my original review. Joseph later called me personally, took the time to hear me out, actually listened to what my concern was, and approached the situation with understanding rather than simply repeating the charges back to me. That alone made a huge difference. Exceptional customer service isn't always about everything going perfectly from the beginning sometimes it's about how a company responds when a customer has a legitimate concern. Joseph handled the situation professionally, respectfully, and made me feel like Public Storage actually valued my business. I really appreciate him taking the initiative to reach out and turn what started as a very negative experience into a positive one. Joseph deserves recognition for the way he handled this. Thank you, Joseph. You've earned the 5-star update.

What truly made the difference was John. His customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such a great customer experience, and John exceeded my expectations.
