08-28-2026I've rented at the facility for a few years and I'm in the process of vacating. I've had numerous issues with some animal (probably rats) chewing plastic items in my unit. They do not provide any kind of rodent control so I had to buy and bring in my own and now whatever it was is dead and stinks. A few weeks ago they also limited access to office hours because the keypads stopped working. A company this big can't get the keypads working again in a reasonable amount of time? I'm trying to vacate and move my stuff to a better ran facility but I can't even do that because I work during their office hours.

08-20-2026had such a wonderful experience with her and really wanted to take the time to recognize her. From the moments I interacted with her, her energy was amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, positive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. She carried herself with confidence and professionalism while still being very personable and easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was her attitude and the way she communicated. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone takes pride in what they do, and she definitely gave me the impression that she takes pride in her work. She was attentive, helpful, patient, and made the entire interaction feel comfortable and pleasant. She honestly has the type of personality and leadership presence that I would expect from someone in management. She represented the company extremely well, and employees like her are the kind of people customers remember and appreciate. I truly hope her hard work, positive attitude, and the energy she brings to the workplace are recognized. She absolutely deserves the recognition and, in my opinion, is definitely management-worthy! Over the past year Manny has helped me a few times, and each time my experience at this location was excellent thanks to him. I wanted to move my storage unit elsewhere and he went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed at the time. It helped me a lot and I ended up staying at this location.
