07-31-2024It was an easy process to reserved the unit online. The storage unit is close to my home and that makes very accessible to my wife and I. I gave up 4 stars because you have to buy their locks. It comes imbedded in the door of the storage unit. Overall, the customer service is genuine. And the unit is spacious and clean. Highly recommended!
