10-30-2025Ian was awesome. I've rented at this location under the old owners, but I always had to sweep the floor and cobwebs away myself. Ian went above and beyond when he showed me the unit and jumped in with his ??, and it was cleaned before I moved in. It's an aged location, so I am only using it for storing family textbooks, no jewelry or valuables, , I know what I need and received what I paid for. Imagine if Ian was working at a modern location with (gasp) elevators!!!
