08-23-2024I had an unexpected stop at Extra Space Storage and realized I had left my phone at home, which had both my ID and access code stored. When I arrived, I couldnt remember my gate code since I usually use remote access. I was worried my quick stop would turn into a much longer ordeal. Thankfully, Daniel at the front office was an absolute lifesaver! Despite not having my phone or ID, he was able to verify my account with the information available and quickly got me access to my unit. Without his help, my trip would have taken at least an hour longer. Huge thanks to Daniel for his professionalism and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for their excellent staff and service.

Someone hit our car in a parking lot (at urban air not extra storage space) we pulled into the extra storage space parking lot to fix a piece that was sticking out from the incident and Daniel came out and swiftly assisted us and helped us fix our car to make sure we got home safely! The staff here is amazing!
