08-29-2024Been renting a unit for several years and was able to downsize this week. Absolutely unexpected great experience. The lady that helped me several times over a week or so was amazing. Helping with everything. Finding proper size unit to unit location and keeping me next to my old unit. Also checking in to make sure everything was okay while moving. Very positive attitude and friendly customer service. Location is nice the units are nice. Hopefully extra space appreciates an employee that good. Would give more stars if I could.
