Best storage place weve used! Easy to get a smaller unit for a good price. Space was clean and easy access to our unit. Office personnel always helpful and knowledgeable. Would rent there in the future!

Talk about a great experience! The Kona office was great. The unit was ready when promised, really clean, and they helped me size it to the lowest size needed. Also offered me an online special that I missed. There was a bit of a hiccup ( a new person missed informed me a out insurance) but instead of just taking the oh-well stance and it-is-what-it-is, they more thsn made it right, made sure I wasn't stressed, and personally followed up. They made it all a very good experience and I have already recommended them. They need to be on your call-them list for storage. PS. The areas around the units were immaculately clean any time I went there over the 6 month period.
