09-15-2024Many many problems with this location: 1. The entry door to the unit is less than a little more than 3 ft wide, even though they advertise it as atleast 4ft. 2. It took 3 calls and a trip to the kiosk to get credit for the lock return. 3. I vacated the place early September, got the conformation email, but they still sent me a bill for the month of October. Telephone numbers for help take you around in circles with NO live help. Will be reporting to BBB.
