06-07-2025Just because you reserve a Public storage, doesnt mean you actually reserve a storage unit. There is no company policy regarding how long your reservation is good for. They can and will cancel your reservation at any point. Edit - **They called me and made it right. Appreciate it. The indoor units are very clean
