Your professionalism and patience were truly appreciated. This is not a reflection of the staff; however, it would be extremely helpful to have someone consistently present in the office during daytime hours. I was informed that corporate frequently moves managers between multiple locations, which made communication understandably frustrating. Aside from this issue, the process itself was seamless, and the staff did an excellent job under the circumstances. Boni
