08-16-2026I'm taking 1 star off because of the restricted hours and another star because it should of at least be a 24hrs access instead of closing the doors 10pm, it's not like they need to hire so many more staff in order to manage it. It's self storage anyway, but even if.... It would be only one more person to hire for night shift, not a big deal compared to the number of clients they have, make it 24hrs or drop the prices, doesn't feel right to start panicking if you can't get access when there's something important you need from there after 10pm. And increase security cameras number.
