Justin is so accommodating and patient and kind and just the best ever. He made my experience 5 stars and I will always think of him and that quality of care when I think of Extra Space Storage!!!! 08-29-2024Great storage facility!! Clean and safe and BEST customer service ever !! Justin and Lilly are always available to talk to and if out of the office and on site with a guest they call back right away. They have been consistently knowledgeable and helpful and kind. Ive been here a few years and Ive loved it since day one. I recommend it highly !!

08-15-2024Working with Justin is fantastic! Not only is he super knowledgeable and helpful, he is incredibly respectful and a pleasure to talk to. Our promotion price was ending and we asked if its possible to get another promotion. Even though we could not get it on the same unit, he was able to set that up for us in minutes on a larger unit. In addition, he offered to loan us, not charge us, an extra lock while were moving stuff between the two storage units. We didnt even have to ask he just offered. Kind of unheard of these days when everybodys out to make a dollar anyway they can. Hes more interested in us being taken care of than a quick buck.
