Ive always had such a great experience with the Sand Canyon Extra Space location! Everyone has always been super helpful and nice. Zack has turned into one of my favorite people and always so personable which makes you feel more comfortable leaving your belongings at the facility. They do a great job in keeping the location clean. Everything is always functioning which is nice. Ive been to another location that the elevators are always down which is hard when youre on the second or third floors. No issues with the gates or finding a place to park. They keep flat-bed Dollies there for people to use. My only issue is the rate increases that the company seems to like to do every six months to a year. If you get a special on a unit you can count on it going up within 2-3 months then another increase in about 6 months. So keep that in mind when budgeting.

The site manager was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my rate change. He also gave me a credit for the difference in rate for one month because I didnt receive the rate change notice. My only negative comment is how much the rate changed in a single rate increase which essentially doubled the monthly rate. However that is not on the site manager who provided excellent customer service.
