05-12-2025The app that opens the gates doesn't recognize the exit gate forcing you to exit your vehicle and enter an excessively long code everytime you need to leave. Additionally it does not work on the door to the buildings, again requiring me to enter a long code with every single trip to the vehicle. I have reported it weekly for a month both at the location and via the customer service line and nothing changes. Lastly the entry keypad is not accessible from a vehicle window and is up next to the gate, so if you forget your phone plan on exiting your vehicle to get into the facility. Very disappointed with this location. The only positive thing I can say is the 2 young ladies in the office I have encountered have been very kind and professional.

Update: the location contacted me directly and stated they are working on the issue and the DM has been made aware. Apparently Public storage does not control the gates or the keypads. A 3rd party security company is responsible for the functionality of them. I have adjusted my rating to account for that.
