When I asked if I could call and add my dad to the line, the representative of Extra Space Storage was fine with it and was very understanding. I am thankful for the friendliness and be helpfulness of the person I spoke to when trying to address a couple of issues. It is very refreshing to talk with someone that has a very nice attitude as well as personality and willing to help you with whatever they can help you with. And it is very refreshing that if they can't help you they are still holding a wonderful personality and attitude (that is not phony at all)!
