12-21-2025I moved just a few weeks ago, and realized I would need some extra space. After looking throughout Brevard for reasonably priced climate controlled storage units, this one came out to be far and away the best priced. Upon arrival I found the unit is located in a safe area, with a coded gate that allows you to drive your car inside to load and unload from your storage unit. On top of the brand-new facility impressing me, my storage agent George brought a friendly and professional face to the business. George happily showed me around the complex, showed me multiple storage units, and helped me find the one which best fit my needs. At the front desk, he was very transparent regarding their pricing, insurance opportunities, and clauses in the contract. So far, I'm incredibly impressed, and am excited to continue doing business here in the future! I will also be sure to update this review should my experience change - so as long as you're reading this, I give Extra Space Storage 5 out of 5 stars! [EDIT] I am writing this 1 year after my original comment, and I am relieved to report that I am still receiving top-level treatment from this business! I was recently moved a significant amount of my valuables out of my storage unit, and no longer required the level of insurance I had previously been paying for. Expecting a battle (as most storage facilities would have my face), I was pleasantly surprised to meet Jennifer! She was immediately understanding, edited my contract, reviewed it with me, and had me on my way in 3 minutes flat! No haggling, no struggling, and no arguing - just pure professionalism and incredible customer service. Thank you to all who contribute to this business - I look forward to continuing with you! 12 December 2025 I recently recommended this facility to a friend of mine, and realized just how uncommon a FULLY air conditioned drive-in facility is, and how tough it is to explain. 11-18-2025ACTUALLY - 0 ZERO STARS. - ZERO!!! (I know it shows 1 star but that is because Google will not allow you to comment without at least 1 star I got a unit in late December 2024. The price was 126$ per month. Within 5 months they raised it to 252$ now they are trying to raise it to 378$ It is unbelievable and predatory! They get people's belongings and then within a year price you out! I am fortunate that I have the ability ie: use of vehicle and ppl to help move but not everyone is as fortunate as to have the resources to say enough is enough and move their belongings. Instead people find themselves in the position where they lose their stuff to the highest bidder. I am disgusted by the predatory practices at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE - Clearmont Ave Palm Bay Fl. DO NOT FALL FOR FIRST MOS. FREE CRAP! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT PRICING YOU OUT OF YOUR PROPERTY!!! AND THEY'LL DO IT WITHIN A YEAR!!
