05-21-2026Stellar employees & manager. .Ariahna & Lilhy & crew have been PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. While we were moving to Palm Springs during hot summer months we had our 4 dogs & pet HEN & no way they could have sat inside our car with AC being over heated while parked. The manager Ariahna & staff literally let them stay inside the office lobby in their popups and Ariahna kept them happy and watered & held my 11 yr old hen Sassy while helping customers!!They also keep the lobby immaculate with pristine bathrooms. They also have a resident Roadrunner family living nearby in the shrubbery and provide fresh water to wildlife in the extreme heat months of desert climate. Where ON EARTH can you find this level of EXTRA customer service in this day & age? Extra Space Storage on Dinah Shore in Palm Desert thats where. Pet owners will be overjoyed. They also give me courtesy calls when our rent is due so we avoid late charges. They are like the Welcome Wagon of 2026...and we are beyond pleased to rent climate control at prices comparable or less than other pkaces where there is little to zero CS. Kindhearted people work here & treat you like Ohana. Locked out forget keys or passcodes...no problemo. They also help with this ( personal experience). Wish other businesses & employees could train from them. Higly reccommend. Awesome place. Easy access & close to 10Fry exit & other services : fuel, food, cold drinks, big box name hardware & pet stores, etc.
