As a military member, moving can be a stressful and hectic process, but Ms. Angie truly made everything seamless. Over the course of the week, she went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in was smooth and efficient. From answering all my questions to providing outstanding customer service, she was always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facility itself is new and growing!!! Top-notchclean, secure, and well-maintained, but its Ms. Angies dedication that really stood out to me. Her care and attention to detail made this experience so much easier, and as a military member, that level of support is invaluable. Highly recommend this Public Storage location, and especially Ms. Angie, for anyone in need of storage in Huntsville!

05-06-2025This place was very nice and clean. The property manager Pam was very sweet woman and was very informative. My unit was very easy to access and had carts at the door that I could use to move my furniture. I recommend this place to all who wants to store their stuff.
